Sharpe Venture Group is a Boston-based private real estate development & investment company. 

Under the leadership of founder David A. Lank, Sharpe leverages the resources and expertise of its multi-generational bench of partners, associates and advisors to acquire and develop multifamily, retail and mixed-use property throughout the northeast. This bench includes seasoned real estate transaction, finance, construction, investment and management professionals with experience in both commercial and residential real estate.

 

MULTIFAMILY

Sharpe’s multifamily division targets multiunit projects including opportunistic ground-up development, value-added redevelopment, and select core plus investment, preferring to hold and operate upon completion, but may consider condominium conversion in select cases.

RETAIL

Sharpe's commercial division focuses on partnering with retailers in identifying and pursuing optimal site development opportunities of build-to-suit, unanchored strip, grocery-anchored shopping centers and mixed-use projects within specified markets. With deeply rooted retailer relationships and intimate regional market expertise, Sharpe selectively pursues speculative opportunities as well.

 

MIXED-USE

With extensive experience in both commercial and residential product types and a hunger for elevating traditional development to genuine place-making, Sharpe prides itself in envisioning and pursuing projects that add a dynamic community benefit beyond what is immediately apparent including complimentary uses where appropriate.

CREATIVE ALLIANCES

Finally, Sharpe will form strategic partnerships with: municipal, state and federal government entities, quasi-governmental entities, community-based and non-profit organizations, and medical and educational institutions to collaboratively identify and execute projects which fulfill long term planning objectives and enhance community dynamics.
